Sports have many benefits for women, including:


 Losing weight and getting rid of fat and excess weight, as exercise increases the body's burning rates. Eliminate and get rid of flabbiness, especially in the areas of the sides and the abdomen.  Eliminate aging diseases and fight wrinkles and hide them. Giving the body flexibility and suppleness that suits the nature of women

 

Some types of light sports are suitable for a pregnant woman, as these sports strengthen and expand the pelvic muscles and facilitate the natural birth process.   Exercising helps a breastfeeding woman to lose milk and speed its flow. Exercising is important during menstruation because it helps to speed up blood flow.  Exercising is also important after menopause to mitigate the physical effects of menopause.   Reducing obesity, diabetes, and pressure diseases. Removing depression and feeling happy because sports secrete some special hormones that cause a feeling of happiness, such as the hormone adrenaline.  Exercising greatly helps in treating heart disease. There are two types of cholesterol, one is bad cholesterol and the other is good cholesterol. In women, exercising increases the secretion of good cholesterol and demolishes bad cholesterol.

 

Sports help to sleep with relaxation and calm when stress and pressure from some games. Exercise regulates digestion, increases metabolism, and regulates metabolism.   Exercise is very important because it strengthens bones and reduces osteoporosis.  Exercise increases the body's immune system. Therefore, doctors advise all women of all ages, pregnancy, and lactation, to exercise because of its many psychological and physical benefits.
